A Word About Our Commitment To You, Our Client-Partners: Municipal & Engineering Planners, Communications & HR Managers

The W Group was established 11 years ago to provide high-quality professional services support to municipalities. We have strong commitments to our client-partners:

  • We treat each of our clients as our partners

  • We do not sell them services they do not need

  • We deliver the highest quality services at reasonable rates

  • We continuously look at ways we can do things better

  • We build and deliver pragmatic solutions and services that provide the most positive impact to client-partners

  • We focus on building long-term, sustainable relationships with our client-partners

  • We provide valuable, high-quality professional services to client-partners when they do not have the required skills in-house

  • We strive to make positive differences in the lives of both our client-partners and community residents

Why our focus on municipalities?

Throughout our founder Kent Waugh's 35+ years of providing marketing research and strategic counsel to government agencies (all levels), corporations, and non-profits, he was constantly impressed by:

- the commitment and passion displayed by municipal staff,

- the keen interest displayed by residents to positively contribute to their community, and

- the huge and direct impact municipalities have on residents' quality of life.

At the end of each day, our team members feel good about the work they have completed, and the positive impact they have had on our client-partners and their respective community members.
